Hi....... by pure coincidence i was looking for a little impiration and further ideas for my new 1964 beetle. While looking through google pictures i came across my car on this web site in the members rides section, oviously from a previose owner. Just wondered if anyone knew him so i could gather further background into the history of the car. Its the java green 1964 bug, slammed with american towel rail bumpers. The user name for the member is Phil Townsend (i think), any help greatly apreciated, cheers Steve.............

Hi All, we've all got really out of touch with keeping the website up to date, infact only about 4 of the cars in the members rides are actually the right cars still owned lol!

So Chris has updated it to make it easier to add photos to the gallery sections. Just open up the album you want to add to and click on mass import at the top right, you can then download images straight from your hardrive.

If you want to create a new album click on the create content in the user menu, then select album.

So come on folks lets get it up to date!!

all has changed vw wise for me....

the oval has been sold and is now in the hands of dave... kilgore!!

the bay has also gone, and i have now got a 60 original paint mango green bus...

there is a bit of welding to be done, as well as the obligatory slamming and narrowing.....

i will keep u updated as and when work starts....

so far, i have collected a 1600 gt box ready for straight axling it... picked up a box for paul at the same time to straight axle his bus...
